Four different conditions were tested: W3110 in LB+glucose medium (WT G), W3110 in LB medium (WT), PC05 in LB+glucose medium (CRP* G), and PC05 in LB medium (CRP*). Differences in gene expression levels with a P-value of <0.05 were considered significant in each comparison.
