(A) shows no significance between any of the groups or time points, probably due to the fact that this marker is very late for differentiation and we saw no osteoblasts becoming osteocytes. (B) shows Col-I fluorescent assay results that are normalized to DNA. The results show a trend in which the flat control group has less collagen than the rest of the groups. There is no significant difference between the groups at each time point. Other markers tested included osteocalcin and osteoprotegering, but levels detectable levels were too low.
