Online and offline data from parallel fermentations of K. lactis Cel5A. Growth under oxygen-limited conditions in complex YEP-medium supplemented with 30 g/L galactose (a-c). Culture conditions for RAMOS: 250 mL RAMOS shake flasks, VL = 20 mL, n = 350 rpm, d0 = 50 mm, T = 30 °C. Culture conditions for BioLector: 48-well Flowerplates, VL = 1 mL, n = 800 rpm, d0 = 3 mm, T = 30 °C. The kLa value used for calculation of the OTRcalc course was 203 h−1
