Reduction and reoxidation of trastuzumab variants. Reduced or reoxidized IgGs were analyzed by SDS-PAGE under a non-reducing condition. The trastuzumab variants were reduced with Tris(2-carboxyethyl) phosphine (TCEP) and then reoxidized in the presence of dehydroascorbic acid (dhAA).
