Zymogram analysis of the activity of the glycosylated rKcINU1 and its deglycosylated form drKcINU1. The purified rKcINU1 was digested by Endo F1 to generate the deglycosylated enzyme, designated as drKcINU1, and both were subjected to PAGE analysis, followed by staining with 1% (w/v) 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC), and the enzyme activities were revealed in situ. Lane M: the protein marker, Lane 1: rKcINU1 (with inulin as substrate); Lane 2: drKcINU1 (with inulin as substrate); Lane 3: rKcINU1 (with sucrose as substrate); Lane 4: drKcINU1 (with sucrose as substrate)
