Exosomes from heat shock preconditioned BMSCs ameliorated cisplatin-induced hearing sensitivity in vivo. A-D Auditory brainstem response (ABR) revealed that HB-BMSC-Exo reduced the hearing thresholds at 8, 16, 24, and 32 kHz in cisplatin-injected mice.
