Exosomes from heat shock preconditioned BMSCs ameliorated cisplatin-induced inflammatory responses in the cochlea. ELISA was used to measure the cochlear concentrations of interleukin (IL)-6 (A), IL-1β (B), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α (C) and IL-10 (D). The data were shown with mean ± SD. n = 6 for each group. **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 compared to control, #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01, ###p < 0.001 compared to Cisplatin, ^p < 0.05, ^^p < 0.01 compared to Cisplatin + Exo.
