KEGG enrichment analysis of DEGs between S003 and S009. Each circle in the figure represents a KEGG pathway. The ordinate represents the pathway name, and the abscissa represents the enrichment factor. It represents the ratio of the proportions of DEGs annotated to a certain pathway to the total proportion of genes annotated to this pathway. The higher the enrichment factor is, the more significant the enrichment level of DEGs in this pathway. The color of the circle represents the Q value, which is the P value after the correction of multiple hypothesis tests. The smaller the Q value is, the more reliable the enrichment significance of DEGs in this pathway. The size of the circle indicates the number of genes enriched in the pathway, and the larger the circle is, the greater the number of genes
