  1. k+ and k- were determined using the software Table Curve™ 2D from Jandel Scientific - AISN Software STATISTICA to adjust the model (eq. 1.3.) to the experimental data obtained with the semi-automated fluorometric method (Figure 2). The results represent an average of three independent assays with the correspondent standard deviation.
