Triggered paclitaxel release was observed by incubating 10/90 (mol/mol) DMAEMA/HEMA nanoparticles crosslinked with 3 mol% TEGDMA for 2 hours at pH 7.4 (black triangle) followed by a reduction in pH to either 6.8 (black circle), 7.0 (black square), or 7.2 (black diamond) for 4 hours. The error is the standard deviation of the mean, where n = 3 [3].
