Multipotent differentiation of endometrial stem cells. Endometrial stem cells were cultured under appropriate differentiation media as described in box1-15 and assessed for differentiation using the indicated staining methods. A) Adipocytic differentiation, the red color indicates lipid vacuoles stained by Oil-Red. B) Osteocytic differentiation, red indicates calcium stained by Alizarin Red and C) Von-Kossa staining of osteoclasts differentiated from EnSCs.
