The cytotoxicity of PCL and POSS-PCL scaffolds on MSCs after 7 days of seeding. Annexin V- apoptotic detection assay by Flow cytometry and the results for three groups of control, the cells seeded on PCL scaffold and the cells seeded on POSS-PCL scaffolds. As the results show, about 50 percent of the cell’s protective effect was observed in POSS-PCL (95.67 %) compared with PCL (54.15 %) scaffolds
