Masson’s trichrome staining of cryopreserved ovaries after 14 days of being transplanted into subcutaneous sites. In FT samples, bulk collagen fibers are present within the ovarian tissues and occupied the whole ovarian tissue section. In FHT, FHT + Mel, FHT + ECs, and FHT + Mel + ECs groups, the intensity of collagen fiber deposition was reduced. These changes were more evident in FHT + ECs and FHT + Mel + ECs groups. This assay was done in triplicate
