Accumulation and quantification of DARPin G3 in fresh and lyophilized materials. A Immunoblot of DARPin G3 protein in fresh (F) and lyophilized (L) tobacco leaves (L) and chloroplasts (Ch). TSP extracted from a mature leaf of wild-type (WT) was also loaded as a control. A normalized amount of fresh and lyophilized leaves and chloroplasts was used for protein extraction, and an equal amount (50 µg) of protein extract was loaded. DARPin G3 and molecular weight marker (Broad Range Protein Molecular Weight Markers) positions are indicated on the margins.
