Hormonal assessment of artificial ovary, after 2 months of transplantation. The levels of estradiol, FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone), and AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) were determined by ELISA in all study groups. Additionally, we assessed hormonal changes in normal mice without any transplantation to provide a broader perspective on hormonal variations. Values are given as mean ± SEM
